Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a fully compliant and highly regarded nursing home in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and drive success.

About You:

  • You must have managed a nursing home with over 60 beds
  • You should have stable experience as a home manager in a nursing home setting (5 years plus)
  • You should be experienced and passionate about elderly care
  • You should have a proven track record of achieving compliance with CI

About the Role and the Home:

  • You will be able to confidently demonstrate effective leadership and management, putting care and residents first
  • You will ensure that clinical and care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times
  • The home is over 80 bedded and owned by a fantastic UK provider
  • You will work within a supportive management team

The successful Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring that clinical and care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times while balancing the budget, dealing with staff issues, supervisions, and liaising with the local authorities and key stakeholders.
