Welding Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking a highly skilled Welding Supervisor to oversee welding operations in a construction environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all welding activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of welding teams to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to welding teams to ensure high-quality welds.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to meet production targets.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • CSWIP qualified.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
