Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage and deliver high-quality fund monitoring reports, ensuring projects are financially viable and risks are mitigated effectively
  • Conduct due diligence on development proposals, including cost, programme, and risk assessment
  • Advising clients on funding viability, project risks, and mitigation strategies
  • MRICS qualified with significant experience in fund monitoring or building/cost consultancy
