About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Inspiration Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership in alternative provision and a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student progress and well-being;">
- Leading assemblies and daily Read-Aloud sessions to foster a love of learning;">
- Collaborating with specialists to support vulnerable pupils;">
- Coordinating 1:1 restorative conversations and reflection time to promote social skills;">
- Maintaining detailed records of meetings and discussions;">
- Promoting the school's ethos and mission;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ">
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience;">
- Leadership experience in alternative provision for secondary school children;">
- Knowledge of strategies for supporting pupils with specific SEND needs;">
- Familiarity with developing Individual Education Plans and literacy strategies;">
- Strong communication, ICT, and teamwork skills;">
- Effective classroom and behavior management skills;">
Salary
">The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
