About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time, qualified Nursery Manager to lead our nursery teams in delivering outstanding care, driving employee engagement, and ensuring high-quality early childhood practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead nursery teams to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance through effective leadership
  • Work with Recruitment and HR to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce
  • Role model and mentor nursery team members for high-quality practice
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure child safety and well-being
  • Identify succession plans and develop high-performing colleagues
  • Implement commercial plans for nursery growth and revenue generation
  • Optimize cost efficiency and engage with Local Authority to support nursery practice


Requirements:

Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Early Years leadership roles
  • Experience in regulatory inspections leading to 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and partners


Compensation Package:

Starting from £42,523.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
