Social Media Manager Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and develop effective strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule and competitive salary up to 30,000 per year. You will have the option to work from our Derbyshire office if preferred.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, excellent communication skills, and experience with analytics tools. They will also be able to create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience engagement and drive traffic.
  • Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of social media developments.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management (3 minimum).
  • Tools such as Adobe, Canva & Hootsuite would be desirable.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimise performance.
