Job Overview
eTeam, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Payroll Specialist to manage multiple EMEA payrolls, including one in-house payroll and two external payroll bureaux. This role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to work with other teams.

About the Role
This position involves managing the entire payroll process from start to finish, ensuring all tax filings and payroll-related payments are made on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 EMEA payrolls, preparing monthly analysis to support approval of payroll, and liaising with HR and benefit providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll process from start to finish - one in-house payroll, 2 external payroll bureaux
- Prepare monthly analysis to support approval of payroll
- Ensure all tax filings and payroll-related payments are made on time
- Liaise with HR team & benefit providers to ensure payroll is correctly processed

Requirements
- Good organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and multi-task
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel, can manipulate data quickly and has good attention to detail
- Basic reconciliation experience
