Brandon James Ltd is seeking a skilled Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing multiple projects, and providing leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, and schedules of condition reports.
  • Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, across sectors including retail, leisure, office, industrial, and public.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-profile projects and contribute to a thriving office environment.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification is preferred.
  • Commercial consultancy experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous team leadership experience is beneficial.
