We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Port of Dover. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing a range of projects designed to deliver on our Port Wide Energy Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in a live operational port environment.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, work breakdown structures, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
- Manage a portfolio of construction projects, including utility infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng (or above) in an appropriate related technical discipline or equivalent qualification/demonstrable experience.
- Project Management qualification from APM or alternative relevant professional organisation or demonstrable project management experience and a willingness to progress towards APM.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) of managing and delivering utility infrastructure projects from inception through to feasibility, design, and implementation to project completion utilising the NEC 3 suite of contracts.
- Demonstrable understanding of CDM regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
- Good user skills in MS Office 365 and MS Project.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
