Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance on all mechanical aspects of the plant, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  2. Respond promptly to plant breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks as part of the plant's preventative maintenance system.
  4. Deliver high-quality work, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols, including permit-to-work systems, and report any incidents or near misses to the line manager.
