Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our client's team in a prestigious private hospital in North Wales. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensure patient safety, and support the healthcare team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute break each day. No weekend or on-call work is required.

Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients across medical and surgical wards
* Work closely with medical and nursing teams to review and optimize medication use
* Ensure that medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely
* Offer advice on drug interactions, side effects, and other pharmaceutical issues
* Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds
* Keep up-to-date with current pharmacy practices and hospital procedures

Requirements:
* Qualified Clinical Pharmacist with experience in hospital settings, particularly in medical and surgical wards
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams
* Valid GPhC registration
