Job Overview

We're currently seeking a Young Adults Recovery Program Coordinator to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality provision to service users.

Responsibilities

  • Support service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment journey.
  • Provide screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, post-treatment support, including transfer of care.
  • Identify and respond effectively to potential safeguarding issues.
  • Reduce harm to service users and the wider community.
  • Promote carer, service user and community involvement.
  • Provide advocacy for access to partnership services.
  • Work with service users to support positive, holistic outcomes in relation to their health and wellbeing, enabling them to lead safe, healthy, and purposeful lives: reducing risk and increasing resilience.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with young people.
  • Knowledge of issues facing young people today.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours).
  • 37.5 hours per week, full-time contract.
