Job Summary: Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
