Salary & Benefits

The salary for this Production Operations Manager role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our competitive rewards package includes a top-tier salary, comprehensive benefits, and a balanced work-life environment.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy and fast-paced 'Specials' manufacturing division. As a Production Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and scheduling all production activities at our Luton site.
  • Driving a quality culture of right first time with a focus on continuous improvement regarding issues and deviations.
  • Taking ownership for the implementation of operational excellence for the Luton facility.
  • Ensuring there is an appropriate training plan for each job title and proper training is provided to ensure a strong training and development ethos across the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Pharmaceutical production management or high-level supervision experience within a GMP environment.
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
  • A working knowledge of clean room environments is highly desirable.
  • Good numeracy, IT, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
