We are seeking an experienced HGV Equipment Engineer to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd.

Location: Kettering

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial vehicles, as well as operating machine tools and equipment.

A competitive salary of £43,250 per annum is offered, along with benefits including life insurance, an enhanced pension, annual pay rises and 33 days holiday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on HGVs, LGVs and PSVs
  • Supporting workshop team members as required
  • Accurately recording job completion times and details

Required skills and qualifications include a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Mechanics City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, previous experience as a qualified Fitter/Mechanic/Engineer and possession of own tools.
