We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will have exceptional administrative skills, a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, and a customer-focused approach.

This is a full-time temporary opportunity working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience and be able to commence employment immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and data management
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Updating customer systems
  • Reporting repairs
  • General administrative tasks
  • Outbound calling to customers

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience
