Job Title: Technical Programme Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Programme Manager to join our team at TST Group. As a Technical Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of programmes, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and review solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Generate reports to track programme progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage schedules to ensure programmes are completed on time.
  • Define project scopes and requirements to ensure programmes are delivered to the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Engineering graduate with PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Project Management: Deep understanding of Project Management Methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Leadership.
  • Business Knowledge.
  • Risk Management.
  • Technical Skills: Software Development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data analytics, Data Warehousing, Testing.
  • Change Management.
  • Communication Skills.
