About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile and a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and organized, and that the back yard is tidy and free of rubbish
* Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness
* Provide excellent customer service, including explaining any changes to their order and offering refunds for any issues
* Take care of products and deliveries as if they were your own

Requirements

* A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
