We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8, a leading field marketing agency with over 20 years of experience supporting iconic brands and retailers.

This role will be based in the Dalkeith area, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expert knowledge of the Entertainer brand and products
  • Compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance
  • Product placement and replenishment to maximise visibility and appeal
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup to effectively communicate prices and discounts
  • Strong communication and relationship building with instore colleagues and client account teams

Requirements include:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willingness to accept home deliveries
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs and take photos
