Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundworks Ganger to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising works on highways sites and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of site teams, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage and maintain site health and safety, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budgetary control.

Requirements:

- Possession of a CSCS card and relevant qualifications, such as SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Full UK driving license and previous experience working on highways projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
