We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Transfer Attendant to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a Patient Transfer Attendant, you will be responsible for transporting patients safely and efficiently between healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Transportation: Safely transport patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, or private residences.
- Clinical Support: Assist patients with mobility issues, providing additional support as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transfers.
- Certifications: Hold a valid First Responder Certification, AEMCA, or Paramedic Diploma (year 1 completed), or Firefighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
- Licenses: Possess a Valid G class driving license and a clean driving record.
