Environmental Maintenance Specialist

At Air Comfort, Inc, we are seeking an Environmental Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.
- Develop efficient cleaning routines to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
- Properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent damage and injury.
- Daily clean sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet rolls as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
- Perform regular washing of walls and polishing of floors to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Notify management of deficiencies or repair requirements to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Maintain public spaces cleanliness to create a positive impression on visitors.
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows to ensure optimal visibility.
- Report necessary repairs or replacements encountered during cleaning to management.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
