At Air Comfort, Inc, we are seeking an Environmental Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.

  • Develop efficient cleaning routines to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
  • Properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent damage and injury.
  • Daily clean sanitary appliances, fittings, and areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet rolls as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Perform regular washing of walls and polishing of floors to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Notify management of deficiencies or repair requirements to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Maintain public spaces cleanliness to create a positive impression on visitors.
  • Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows to ensure optimal visibility.
  • Report necessary repairs or replacements encountered during cleaning to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • Janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
