Head Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in Norfolk

We are seeking an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our RCVS accredited small animal practice in the highly desirable city of Norwich.

This role offers the chance to lead and nurture a friendly, close-knit team while maintaining your clinical skills and developing your leadership and business management abilities.

As a Head Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for promoting and developing colleagues, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the practice, and providing exceptional customer care to our loyal local clients.

The Role
  • Full-time position with a maximum of 40 hours per week
  • 1:3 Saturday mornings
  • No out-of-hours work
