Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

At Signify Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, integration, and performance testing of our SaaS products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, contributing to the creation of comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
* Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast, reliable feedback on software quality, reducing manual testing efforts.
* Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to ensure that software meets the required quality standards.
* Track and report bugs, issues, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar, as applied to automation frameworks.
* Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to integrate automated tests into the software delivery pipeline.
* Familiarity with testing SaaS applications, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges presented by cloud-based environments and multi-tenant architectures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to testing and quality assurance.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* ~3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
