Vacancy Overview: Auto Skills UK is currently seeking an experienced Vehicular Surface Finisher to join their team. This is a full-time vacancy requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, based in Kidderminster.

The ideal candidate will have a stable history, hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Painting, and have extensive hands-on experience in a car painting environment. They must be familiar with water-based paints and produce high-quality paint finishes from start to finish.

This role involves working as part of a team to prepare vehicles for spraying, mixing paint to ensure a perfect match, spraying painting vehicles, and quality checking on completion ensuring there are no defects. The successful candidate will also receive a guaranteed bonus for the first three months and a signing on fee of £2,500 paid after three months. The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000, including a basic salary of £37,440 - £45,760 and the guaranteed bonus.
