FUTURE EDUCATION is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time role that requires supporting children with autism in small groups or 1:1 settings.
About the RoleThis position involves assisting teachers in lesson delivery and behavior management, utilizing visual aids to enhance engagement and observing student progress. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with autism/SEN students, a compassionate and patient approach, and a Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing behavior in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Utilize visual aids to engage students and promote learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
