We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for Digital Works to join our team at Sadler's Wells.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production of digital content, from brainstorming creative ideas to managing budgets, schedules, and project workflows. This includes curating and optimising our YouTube channel, ensuring engaging content that resonates with our diverse global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Director of Digital Stage & Studio and Senior Content Manager to shape our digital content strategy and objectives.
  • Lead on the production of digital content, including YouTube Shorts, ensuring engaging content that resonates with our diverse global audience.
  • Curate and optimise our YouTube channel, making sure all content is accessible and inclusive for all.
  • Manage collaborations with artists, companies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital artistic content.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in digital content production, with a passion for dance and the arts.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end digital projects, from concept development through to final delivery and evaluation.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can generate fresh ideas and deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Proven expertise in curating YouTube channels and optimising digital content for engagement.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices, ensuring digital content is inclusive for all.
