SEM Teaching Assistant Position
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a SEM Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted intervention to support pupils in managing day-to-day emotional challenges.
The Key Accountabilities:- Deliver targeted intervention to support pupils.
- Develop and deliver 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop behavioural support plans.
- Support students in developing coping mechanisms and resilience.
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) experience.
- Clear Enhanced DBS.
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
■ ■ ■ Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
