About the Role

We're looking for a Leisure Manager to lead our team and drive service quality improvement. You'll have previous management experience in a leisure environment and be passionate about fitness and sport. Your natural coaching abilities and hands-on style of management will help you deliver high-quality, friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage budgets and rotas to improve service quality
  • Develop and implement new programs to drive sales and revenue generation
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for members and guests
