About the Role: Fire & Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our team at Zitko Group Ltd. As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on Fire Detection, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, and Emergency Lighting Systems to required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service and maintain Fire Detection, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, and Emergency Lighting Systems.
  2. Fault-find and repair Fire and Security systems.
  3. Work with mechanical and electrical systems.
  4. Experience with IP Networking is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of British Standards for servicing, maintenance, and commissioning.
  6. Adhere to safe working practices and Health and Safety requirements.

  1. Competitive salary ranging from £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience working with Fire and Security systems.
  2. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  3. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications are not required but preferred. The successful candidate will be subject to BS7858 Security Screening and UKSV. Full employment will be subject to successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
