Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective insurance strategies to meet the needs of our corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and buying patterns.
  • Lead new business pitches and manage important stakeholders to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to place insurance portfolios and leverage sector-specific specialisms.
  • Continuously strive for exceptional performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Account Executive or Director, with a strong understanding of corporate insurance portfolio management.
  • Exposure to clients with premiums exceeding £100,000 and a deep understanding of their insurance needs.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to create and lead high-standard pitches and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • A career-driven insurance professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
