This vacancy has arisen for a Dental Equipment Service Specialist to join our client's expanding team.

As a Dental Equipment Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • The maintenance and repair of medical and laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
  • Liaising with various external customer contacts, including laboratory managers and technicians from within the NHS and independent scientific organisations.
Your Background

To succeed in this exciting role, you must demonstrate:

  • A competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with experience working on high-value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.
  • Extensive experience working on diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, and high-value electronic/electro-mechanical capital equipment.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
