Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Additional Training Provided

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in the Borough of Hackney. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, adapting to their unique needs and abilities
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a tailored learning experience for students
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support
