Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42,000-£45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, they will enjoy a range of benefits, including full-funded training and development opportunities, 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and continuous professional and personal growth.

About the Role

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence among residents. Your key responsibilities will include managing staff and resources effectively, reporting to the regional Operations Manager, and developing a vision for the home to achieve excellence in care delivery.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with residents, their families, and external professionals.
  • Manage staff performance and provide guidance on continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good working knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A minimum of Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management or equivalent experience.
