We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Developer to join our team at KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions LTD. As an Embedded Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with project teams and taking ownership of all embedded software-related matters on multiple projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Embedded Engineer to work on the development of a new range of industry-leading controller solutions. Our client is a well-established R&D-focused business with a stellar reputation built on providing cutting-edge products.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of industry experience in a similar role, with strong experience programming in C on RTOS or BareMetal environments and familiarity with various protocols including SPI, UART, I2C, Ethernet etc. Experience with Renesas processors, regulated software design, and agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining embedded software for multiple projects
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Designing and implementing software solutions using C and other relevant languages
  • Familiarity with microprocessor development and protocol implementation
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience in C programming and RTOS or BareMetal development
  • Familiarity with SPI, UART, I2C, Ethernet, and other relevant protocols
  • Experience with Renesas processors and regulated software design is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems
