Job Title: Senior Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Support Worker to join our Respiratory and Sleep Service team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with suspected sleep disorders. As a Senior Clinical Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in our sleep diagnostic service, maintaining the highest standards of care for our patients undergoing sleep assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patients with suspected sleep disorders as part of their assessment.
  • Perform clinical observations, set up patients with domiciliary sleep studies, and input data.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and preparation of sleep studies equipment in line with infection control standards.
  • Participate in the weekly multidisciplinary team meeting and contribute to ongoing research, education, and development activity.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 qualification.
  • Good computer literacy skills.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting.
