  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure EPAM's Architecture Practice remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of Solution Architecture or similar role, with a strong background in software development, architecture design, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior management on technical solutions.
  • Experience working with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation, with a focus on delivering business value.
