About the Role

Venn Group is seeking a seasoned programme manager to lead a high-impact role in sustainable transport. As the Head of Delivery - Active Travel, you will oversee a substantial £60m programme, delivering a step change in active travel provision.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in sustainable transport.
  • Drive Success: Ensure the budget is effectively managed, with financial accountability for an annual spend of £20m.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local authorities, funding bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Governance and Assurance: Oversee programme governance, risk management, and strategic reporting, ensuring high standards in project delivery.
