Role Overview
This exciting opportunity is part of our Children's Social Care team, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality interventions to support children and families. As a Systemic Family Therapist, you will work closely with colleagues to address complex relationship issues, mental health challenges, and behavioural difficulties.
About the Position
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based consultations and interventions, ensuring a positive impact on the lives of those you work with.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to support children and families
• Collaborate with Children's Social Care colleagues to address complex issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic professional who can make a real difference in the lives of children and families. To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in Systemic Family Therapy or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £43,857 - £51,411 per annum, plus a market supplement of £3,000 until 31/03/2025. Our benefits package includes a range of exciting perks, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
