About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our quantity surveying department, you will be responsible for managing luxury residential projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of the construction process and the ability to lead teams effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

The salary for this role is £58,750 per annum, which is competitive for a senior quantity surveyor in the UK. We also offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, birthday leave, and comprehensive APC support.
