Responsibilities

  • Providing eye testing and specialist recommendations on eyecare and eyewear solutions
  • Building strong relationships with patients to communicate complex information effectively
  • Collaborating with the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
