We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Avila House in Worthing, UK.
This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
You will also escort and assist individuals in and around the service, as well as accompany them to external events and appointments. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate records and work under pressure as part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you should have good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and ideally have experience in personal care. We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and a contributory company pension scheme.
