**About the Role:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
**Job Description:
- Plan and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants in maintaining the highest standards of care and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Background in person-centered care planning
- Knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
