**About the Role:**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

**Job Description:

  • Plan and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in maintaining the highest standards of care and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Background in person-centered care planning
  • Knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
