About the Role:

As a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor at Rubber Duck Cars, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of commercial vehicles using Audatex, and calculating costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

About Your Responsibilities:
  • Assess commercial vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and repair times.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Work in a high-volume repair environment adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards.

About You:
  • You must be able to plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Candidates must have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment.
