Salary Information

We are offering a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as equity options, pension scheme, and 22 holiday days.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies
• Managing the finance function, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
