We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Sales and Solutions Architect to help us grow our business in London. As a Sales and Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for establishing new strategic relationships, analyzing customer business situations, and driving NICE Actimize's response to customers' critical business problems.

This role requires drive, creativity, and long-term planning ability, with a proven track record of selling $1M Enterprise software/business solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fighting financial crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish new strategic relationships.
  • Analyze customer business situations.
  • Drive NICE Actimize's response to customers' critical business problems.
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE Actimize strengths and can be implemented successfully.
  • Promote trust in NICE Actimize; enhance NICE Actimize's reputation for delivering promised results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience selling AML/Fraud solutions.
  • High profile salesperson with excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Proven successful ability to sell $1M Enterprise software/business solutions.
  • Ability to develop relationships with the 'C' level business users to sell based on business value.
  • Ability to interface with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high-level technical requirements.
  • Experience selling Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, or Brokerage Compliance Solutions a plus.
  • Global vision, creativity, and long-term planning ability required.
  • Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance accounting, or computer science.
