Moulding Craft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Moulding Craft Specialist to join our team at AMETEK, Inc. in this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality parts that meet company and customer standards, timescales, and specifications.

• Operate Honing & Moulding machinery to drive daily output targets and ensure production demands are met.
• Collaborate with the Bearing assembly team to maintain stock levels and facilitate efficient production workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvements, lean techniques, and waste reduction initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System guidelines, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to achieve yield improvements and scrap reduction.
• Maintain safe systems of working, adhere to MS 5's Programme, and record inventory usage accurately and timely.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
