As a Server with Movie Tavern by Marcus Theatres, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional guest service and redefines the movie-going experience. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of bar and menu items, making recommendations to guests as needed.
- Assess guests' needs and preferences, tailoring your service to meet their expectations.
- Follow up on guest requests throughout service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
