Powertrain Development Engineer

Centre People Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Development Engineer to join their international team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive engineering and high-performance solutions to contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test engine and powertrain systems to optimize performance, durability, and efficiency.
  • Research and implement new technologies and materials to improve powertrain systems.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with race teams and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create technical documents and reports to communicate project progress and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in powertrain development or engine design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of engine performance analysis and testing.
  • Understanding of trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills.
  • English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
