Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary SAP Enterprise/Solution Architect to drive digital transformation and make a tangible impact at Masentó Group.

About the Role

  • The Solution Architect performs a critical role in the effective delivery of IT services, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • They are responsible for developing high-level business strategy or tactical business requirements, identifying business capabilities, and translating them into new technical solutions.
  • They review existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement or replacement, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify required business capabilities and define systems architectures and solutions that deliver these, aligning with the company's strategic vision.
  • Develop multi-year business capability roadmaps in collaboration with the Head of Business Systems, ensuring a clear and cohesive direction.
  • Capture business requirements, develop high-level solutions, and contribute to the development of robust business cases for new projects.
  • Ensure initiatives are set up for success and aligned with the corporate strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Skills

  • Enterprise architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Business Analysis skills, including formal methods (e.g., process flows, use cases).
  • Extensive SAP experience, preferably in Finance, Aftermarket, and Manufacturing.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration across teams.
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation skills.
